Pricing

All prices are in CAD 🇨🇦. Your total may vary due to currency conversion rates during checkout.

Product Variation

Our sweaters are "One of a Kind"™️. We hand dye each item once ordered. Each one has a unique dye pattern and may have varying shades of colours. Some may also have small dye spots of different underlying colours.

Order Notes

Don't forget to use the notes section in your cart for special instructions, like color preferences for socks.

Shipping

Due to high demand and the time needed for dyeing and drying, fulfillment times may be longer.

- Regular orders: Allow 2-15 business days for processing.

- Large restock day orders: Allow 10-20 business days for processing.

- Custom orders: Allow 15-25 business days for processing.

Shipping estimates (e.g., DHL 1-2 DAY Express) start after your order is processed and scanned by the shipping company. You'll receive a fulfillment email when your label is printed, but it doesn't mean it's picked up yet.

Exchanges

We don't accept returns, but exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You're responsible for shipping the item back, and we'll ship the new item after reviewing your request.
